All things considering, I thought K-ON started off really well. Coming from a person who had read the manga before watching the anime, I thought it was pretty well done, I could remember the 4-koma that lead to the jokes in the show and it was presented in a great way. However, the main problem was that the jokes started to get old fast. The first episodes had a certain spark that made me want to watch more but it has certainly lost its initial luster (especially since all the jokes consist of ppl gawking at how much the K-ON club isn’t really a club)… Yeah, 99% of the jokes are about the club’s infrastructure of cake and Mio’s shyness.

Training with Mio would definitely be 10x Better
The ED and OP somehow got 1st and 2nd on Oricon single charts respectively… rofl. Honestly, those songs aren’t THAT great… unless just everything else in J-music sucked that week, haha. But I do like to watch the OP every week because it’s so damn catchy. ROFL at Kyo-Ani sneaking in Azu-nyan last week. SRSROFL.
Speaking of ROFL, this video is soooo funny. I fucking love Kirby music.
But yea, K-ON has certainly fallen from its initial standing in rank this season. I have no idea why but I’m hooked on Eden of the East. Oh, well probably because its pretty well animated.

How do you “review” something that hasn’t finished yet >_>
