Code Geass R2 – 04

27Apr08

Summary:
Lelouch rape faces this episode with his deception and uses psychological mind games on LOLo to get him out of the sticky situation he found himself in from the end of episode 3. However, Lolo still promised on killing him. Throughout the episode, Lelouch uses every resource he could find to get information about Lolo and he makes use of Lolo’s newfound trust in Lelouch that was built up over the year that his memories were lost. Lolo’s betrayal to Britannia is key when Lelouch attempts to free Ougi and the rest of his captured soldiers. When Lolo was about to get hit by friendly fire, Lelouch jumps in the way to take the hit in his knightmare. Lolo breaks down in psychological trauma, and he believes that Lelouch cares for him, and to put it simply, he becomes another pawn in Lelouch’s game. (However, I can sense a backfire coming up later on, and Lelouch will probably get screwed over).

Thoughts:
This is reminding me of season 1. Lelouch has shitty ass stuff to work with in the beginning but gradually gets more and more allies to help him. I mean srsly. If he had that hadron cannon thing from season 1, there wouldn’t be any need to do such a convoluted plan of action. It’d just be like… boom. pwned. And, LOLo can be the yaoi part of the show… nah nah. jk. No one likes that stuff, right?

I’m really liking Geass right now. Although it has a lot of stuff in the storyline, it’s still a fun plot to follow. The knightmare fight scenes will probably get leet and ridiculous later on, just basing it off Lolo’s performance earlier, in his knightmare (sorry, I forgot the name of his atm). AND, C.C. still has epic moments, like in this episode when she was trying to put together a gun. It comes loose and surprises her for a second.

Also, I’d like to see what happens with Ougi and EPIC VIETTA. EPIC VIEETTTTAAA.

…and Lelouch can snowboard…

…and he’s GAR sometimes.

I love MSPaint.
