Even after realizing Lelouch was Zero, she still believed in Zero's ideals and goals. She looks up to Zero as a god-like being with superhuman power. Lelouch probably sees her as another pawn in his plan to defeat Britannia. Lelouch would be the King piece, C.C. would be the Queen, Kallen would be a rook or bishop.
