The first episode of the season continues off right where the first season left off. The animation quality has gone up slightly, hopefully from an increased budget and not because its the first episode. This episode served mostly as an introduction to the main characters with a slightly greater focus on Nami Hitou, who has a reputation for being the “normal” girl of the class.

The OP song “Fantasy Runba” by Ootsuki Kenji is really good. Too bad it doesn’t have a OP to go with it, which was the same as last season until around the fourth episode. However, there is a ED with the song “Romance Romanesque” and both of them have been done very well.
