Summary:
Well, Nagisa got owned by the student council for her posters, but Tomoya tells her to keep trying because it’s her dream. Well, Sunohara asks Tomoya why he hangs out with Nagisa so much and Tomoya explains that Nagisa’s family owns an awesome bread shop and if he’s friends with her then he can get free bread. lol. senbe pan ftw. Anyway, later, Sunohara goes for his daily assult on Tomoyo but fails miserably as her hit count reaches 840 hits. While Sunohara recovers, the green haired loli asks Tomoya a favor to help get people to celebrate her sister’s marriage or something. But he doesn’t know if he can get anyone because she stopped working 3 years ago or something… and her students all graduated. Well, Sunohara goes for another chance at proving Tomoyo is a guy. He acts friendly and walks with her a little. Then, he leads her into the boy’s bathroom, and she immediately kicks him out the window and into a nearby tree. Tomoya later explains that Sunohara thinks that she is a boy because she’s so strong. Tomoyo gets sad and says that she just wanted to be normal at this school. After that, Sunohara overhears Tomoya and Nagisa’s predicament on her club and he suggests just going over and beating them up. Well, Nagisa is against violence, so they go and try to recruit other members. They go get Ryou (class president) to try and make her join. Ryou, however, thinks that Nagisa is going to ask her out and freaks out. Kyou, who was eavesdropping, freaks out too. Well, everything is cleared up later and the search for other club members continues. They ask Tomoyo (in a hilarious way), Kotomi (who is possibly the best character after this episode), and Fuko. Fuko doesn’t have time for clubs because she’s busy… and she doesn’t like her home so she stays at school. It turns out that Nagisa knows Fuko’s sister because she was a teacher in her first year of high school, and she’s the lady who visits their store. But the teacher’s sister was in an accident, and Fuko might actually be a ghost.

Thoughts:
Clannad is seriously the only thing that gets me through each week. I mean, holy crap, each episode so far has been so great and entertaining that I probably will spill even more drinks on my shirt as the weeks go by. That Tomoya-Tomoyo combo attack was unexpected and epic. It’s sad to see that Fuko actually is a ghost or something… but I thought the ghost was that girl who made that robot. So… maybe she’s not a ghost? But, this is Key… so she’ll probably get owned in a Sawatari Makoto (was that her name?) kind of way. It was pretty awesome how much screentime Tomoyo had. Also, Kotomi had her minute or whatever… anyway, Kotomi is pretty awesome now too. She was last on my favorite character list, but now she’s like in my top 3 or 5 or 7 or some other prime number. Fuko + straw up her nose = laughs. That Tomoya is getting even closer to epicness in my book and perhaps will join the other epic GAR characters there: Archer, Nanaya, Kyon, Sugita Tomokazu, Kamina, etc.

Btw, wtf was that Nagisa x Ryou… although I’m not 100% opposed to that idea… but… uhh. nevermind. Kyou and Ryou are epic twin sisters… even more than Kagami and Tsukasa… perhaps. Well, so far anyway.
