Summary:
The first 2/3 of the episode was about Yoko and what she was doing for the past year. She has been teaching on an island under the alias, Yomako-sensei. She has formed a strong bond with the students, and I’m sure some people would be interested in hearing all about it. But, it’s uninteresting and the Gurren Brigade is more awesome and important. On the island, Yoko sees Nia’s and Rossiu’s broadcasts and goes back to Kamina City to see what she can do. There, she finds Kittan and other members of the Gurren Brigade fighting the Mugan. She asks Kittan where Simon is, and heads there. She scares Nia away with her awesome plasma gun, and Kittan gives Simon the core drill and reunites with his brigade. Reite has added mods to the Gurren Lagann, and Simon goes with Viral to pilot it. The Gurren Lagann and a rocket head to space where Rossiu is getting face pwned by the Anti-spirals. The Gurren Lagann enter with a bang as their first attack knocks one of the Anti-spiral star cruisers away from attacking the Arc-Gurren.

Thoughts:
I thought that the Yoko-sensei part would be ridiculously boring, but it was actually not bad. I still would have rather seen more of the Gurren Lagann pwnage this episode though. Yoko was pretty ownage this episode. It undeniably gave her a popularity boost in Saimoe. lol. jk, no one wants to hear about that. But srsly, that scene when Yoko went from teacher clothes to gurren clothes was epic. The most epic clothes changing sequence evar. Even more epic than the Moetan transformation sequences… and that’s borderline child pr0n. LOL. Everyone loves prawn.

Oh hells yeah

I like how those 2 Gunmen just popped out of the water to attack. I thought they couldn’t go underwater because there’s freaking holes everywhere or something. Or maybe they just can’t stand water pressure. Whatever, Adiene owns.

Also, much awesomeness at Viral getting to pilot the Gurren. Simon totally wants him. Heh, heh. So that’s what really happened in prison, eh, Simon? lol. jk. Simon has to be GAR. And GAR = makes others gay. Like how Kamina made Viral gay for him. etc. etc. I could go on about Archer, but then this would get too epic.

Next episode seems pretty awesome. Just like negitoro.
