Summary:
Its summer vaction and the group decides to go to the beach along with Kuroi-sensei and Yui-neesan. Kagami and Tsukasa ride with Yui while Konata and Miyuki ride in the car with Kuroi. While driving, Yui gets passed by a yellow sports car. Yui goes into Initial D mode and a huge racing scene begins between Yui and the yellow car. Kuroi was following Yui and now that she sped off Kuroi has no idea where to go.

They finally arrive at the beach and head towards their room to unpack before heading off to the beach. Konata is extremely excited to go swimming and already changed into her swimsuit. However, Kagami is shocked to find Konata wearing her school swimsuit. They then head off to the beach. After a long day of swimming they take a break for lunch. Tsukasa feels uncomfortable sitting down while wearing her wet swimsuit and constantly shifts her position. Everyone gets their food and talks about how good it is.

At the bath house Konata does an impersonation of something I have no clue about by stroking her hair and saying teimotte teimotte teimotteeeeeee. I don’t feel too bad because no one else except for Yui understands what it means. Konata then creates a plan and goes sneaky mode. She places a soap bar behind Miyuki’s seat knowing that she will trip on it because its her character. However, Konata misses Miyuki tripping because she is distracted by Kagami.

At night, Konata tells a ghost story. Tsukasa can’t sleep because of it and she is scared to go the the bathroom. Luckily, she runs into Yui and they go together. When they come out they are scared by Konata who is waiting in the hallway with a mask on. The next day Tsukasa finds a shell on the ground and puts her ear to it. She is enraptured by the sound of the ocean in the shell and goes off into a day dream. But when she takes the shell off her ear and looks at it, a bug comes out and Tsukasa gets scared and runs to Kagami. Back at Kagami’s house, their dad tells them to clean their rooms. Tsukasa finds a picture album of her dad’s and shows it to Kagami. But, their dad comes in and owns them.

The Lucky Channel segment is a bit longer and Akira is more crazy and violent then usual.

Thoughts:
ZOMG. That Initial D reference in the beginning was so funny. Wow. That was pretty good. Lucky Star is just getting better and better every week. I’m sure there were a lot of references that I missed, but I was too tired to spend the time trying to understand what they were saying. Haha when the bug crawled out of the shell I was laughing so hard. The ED “Valentine Kiss” by Sayuri Kokusho is a duet between Tsukasa and Konata. Konata’s background noises make me lol.
